PHP with Windows 2000

hi,

i am setting up a college intranet server. my preferred choice of OS was, of course, linux.
but becos of circumstances beyond my control, i have to shift onto WIn2000 system with oracle as the DB

my query is whether PHP works as well for Win2000 as linux?
and
is it better to use apache 0r IIS?

Well, PHP does not work as well on Win2000, but it still works better than ASP. I would use IIS, just because it has been tested more than apache has on the Windows platform. Good luck!
