...where i can get a script that will allow certain users make pages on a website?

Example:

A games website. Allows certain users with a username and password to make a page on the website by filling in certain fields, such as Game Name, Developer Name, Year made, Review, upload screenshot and upload game file.

If anyone could point me in the right direction i would be over the moon!

Or if no-one knows the whereabouts of a specific script that'll do the job, maybe some suggestions of sites that may have a useful script?

Er ... how about this site ? Have a look under the "Code Library" tab at the top of the page, there must be something there. Failing that, try the "links" page of http://php.net/, from memory there are a few such sites listed there.
