I've downloaded PHP-4.0.6-Win32, MySQL-3.23.44-Win and PWS on WinME. Microsoft has a warning on its site that it doesn't recommend downloading PWS on WinME but I had to download some web server! During setup of PWS there was an error😮xfee670: That MTS registry entries were not properly configured. But it continued anyway. So with all installed and setup I tested my first PHP script.I did not run the MySQL server though...is this the problem? It does not seem to understand php. As it runs an MS picture it! application instead of php and an error results. Webmasterbase docs says if this happens "Make sure PHP support has been properly installed". Help!! it's taken ages to download these and I don't know which component the problem is with. Is it PWS,php or MySQL?? Another thing..I downloaded php before PWS...could this be it. All help greatly appreciated.
