Upload And Animasion

is it possiable :

1 - Can I download a file from another website in my database.

2 - Can I animate of upload progress

3 - automatickly Can upload a file which is known by me from client. For example "c:\command.com"

1) yes. use fopen/curl/etc

2) not easily. at least with the built-in HTTP upload functions most browsers have

3) some older browsers had this bug but most will prevent you from doing so.
