page not found

I can't believe as an experience programmer that feel that i have to ask this question , but i have an html page which actions a PHP page on the server but i alway get that..

page not found

however both pages are in the same directory

here id the snippet of code..

<FORM METHOD="post" ACTION="iln_board_login_validation.php">

I am certain that the name of the file in the action is the actual file in the directory along with page with the above action

Have i overlooked something ?

Can you access that file by typing it in the address bar?

If so, it must be write. Maybe you should try rewithing that line of code, perhaps there is an odd ' or somthing that you're missing?
