I know there are alot of free webshop scripts in php,
but I really have never seen one with the possibility
to let the customer type in a additional option for
each product. If anyone knows a free script with this
option, PLEASE tell me!

It sounds quite simple, but it is really very complex to build a system where end-users can add new fields to the database.

Are you sure that is what you want?
