I'm custom building a shopping cart storefront for a client totally in PHP and I'm looking for a way to estimate shipping costs. I've looked into Tandata's online XML product, ConnectShip, but the monthly fee's a little pricey. Does anyone know of a good OpenSource solution?

I found some PHP scripts on DevShed that were supposed to access UPS's database, but they didn't work.

If I'm not mistaken, UPS provides access to this information, all you need to do is retrieve it and parse... check out ups's site, I'm pretty sure it's there...
