how to get the output?

1 of my simple screen is like this:

no. attendee subject date assign date completed
1 cltan test 1 11-12-2001
2 aktan test 2 13-12-2001

my question is:
can anyone help me how to do or where to refer(in web) if i click either to test 1 or test 2 then the page will go to next screen where the report will appear.

pls.. pls.. somebody.. help me...

PHP files will take URL-encoded variables (aka "get" variables). So create a link and have it point to something like "getreport.php?subject=test1"

Then in your getreport.php file, use the $subject variable just like you would if you had create it normally.
