GD lib quit doing manipulations on GIF images due to some legal issues surrounding the GIF algorithm.
Anyone know the status of Image Magick and GIFS? Is Image Magick still doing GIF manipulations?
I am almost possitive Image Magick supports GIFS. Have you checked their site?
