I use ochosting.com. 1gb storage, 20gb/month bandwidth, and php4 and mysql for $20 a month on a linux box w/ shell access. Can't be beat 🙂

I switched over to www.prohosters.com a couple of months ago and never been so satisified before.

They have the latest builds of PHP and MySQL, its very inexpensive, the customer support is ALWAYS kind, fast, and accurate. They always let you know whats going on with the servers and your account, and they're very flexable.

Definately a great choice for a host.
