file not found... URGENT NEED HELP!

Hi,

Recently, I am running an email application in both my live and testing site. However, some user facing problem in live site, but the problem gone if they login to beta site. both running the same coding, and of course i change the file path.

What could be the possible cause for this problem. ?? something do with DNS?

Hi Herve,

At first i also thougth of this(LInux Redhat). But I have checked, i have give '755' permission to the httpd daemon, so should have no problem.

In fact, I was thinking more about permissions of directories involved
(either the chmod() but also the chown() )
