I have written a simple script which will attempt to write (append) to a text file. The problem is that there's a warning whenever it tries to open the text file for writing; there's a warning on page as below: -
Warning: fopen("store.txt","a") - The file access permissions do not allow the specified action. in utils.php on line 16
How do i change the permission for this text file ?. I have tried changing the permission on my ftp program (but it wasnt allowed), and then i tried to chmod using the script.. but of no use..
FYI, both of these files are on my site in portland.co.uk.
Can anyone of you guys help me on this ?.. Thanks alot :-)
