looking for a free banner rotation sys

looking for a free banner rotation sys, i know there are many of these ,
what i need is one that wont use the Include commend because i dont have support to it on the server ,
so if anyone know of this kind of system please let me know ,
if you a programmer , and you think there is no other way then using this command , also say .

hi Ben,
on phpwizard.net there's a phpAds program that could be what you're looking for. Personally I find it rather minimalistic but for those that do not need more it's fine.
Note that there are several ways to call the banners with this tool so maybe you can use one of them.
It needs mysql though.
