Auto load link?

Hi,

I'm making a password checker with sessions, but when the pasword is correct, it has to link to another site with a var atached to it...

the same like
<A HREF="test.php?id=65455"></A>

with no "http://" in front of the link
and without having to click on it...

I cannot use the html META tag, and am trying to use no java.

Is this possible?

This has to run before you output anything to the screen, and you won't be able to output anything to the screen since the users browser will be taken to the new site.
