Still having trouble...

Well; I'm still in the "fopen()" business and the "$HTTP_POST_FILES['userfile']['tmp_name']"

$HTTP_POST_FILES['userfile']['tmp_file'] returns none and every else of $HTTP_POST_FILES are responding. Does anyone still know how you open a file from harddrive and/or fix $HTTP_POST_FILES['userfile']['tmp_name'] ??? -Steven

When it says 'none' that means you submitted without selecting a file.

Are you sure that the file-tag in the form is named 'userfile'? (a bad bad bad name by the way)

is your upload_tmp_dir setup correctly in php.ini?

The temporary directory used for storing files when doing file upload. Must be writable by whatever user PHP is running as.
