On my linux machine running apache, I installed 'owl intranet engine' from http://owl.sourceforge.net. Browsing the site from another machine on the LAN is pretty fast, downloading is also fast, but i can't upload a file more than 50kb in size. Even a 50k file takes around 5 minutes to upload.
I've tried other upload scripts, and they're also slow. I think it could be a configuration problem either with Apache or PHP.
Does anyone have any idea on how I could fix this?
