Where can I find a PHP.INI?

I've searched and searched but I can't find a template php.ini file anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find one?

It comes with PHP as "php.ini-dist", search your server and it should come up, as long as you downloaded PHP...

the 'template' comes with your PHP installation.

It comes with PHP as "php.ini-dist",with php distribution..
Or if you installed php using wininstaller then it should be located in your windows dir..

Could some one send me a template? I didn't download php so I don't have the template. I want to set magic quotes to OFF. That's why I want the template... So that I can see how to do it
