Hello.
I am trying to change permission for a txt file. I know that chmod changes permission but i get chmod unsuccessful. I dont have controle over the php.ini. I think i have to open access useing fopen("http://login:pass@www.xxxx.com", "w+")
Do you understand my situation??
What do I have to do to allow writeing permission to a file??
To tell u the truth, i really dont know where to start. Can anybody give me an example of how my script should look like??
Pleas help me..... I really want to learn this.
