ISP denpendcy when view a page.

I have some problem here, recently i get some feedback from users. Some users find difficulty when using certain dial up ISP to view my page. THe error they will get from browser, indicate that is DNS error or domain server not found. Why?

Basically it sounds like the ISP's DNS servers aren't receiving the zone updates for your domain from your primary DNS server. If it's only 1 or 2 ISP's that this problem occurs with, the problem is most likely on their end and there's nothing you can do about it besides telling those users to contact their ISP. If it's most ISP's, the problem is more likely with your DNS host and I'd contact them for resolution.

I would agree with this and add that if it is a new domain it usually takes a week to 10 days to filter to all (or most all) dns servers. I know that it is supposed to be MUCH shorter but some ISP's don't update their dns servers as often as they should.

mm.. i think i found out the main cause for this error. It is actually cause by the phone service and my ISP provider, as not much traffic allocate from the phone to the ISP, so cause network congested. So, now i can't do anything for this, and have to wait till both the company have some solutoin come out.
