Consulting firm w/solid PHP resources?

I am looking for a referrals for reputable consulting firms that have a decent amount of PHP resources in-house. We have a tremendous amount of work ahead of us and I need the bandwidth and stability of a medium sized firm. Please reply if you work for or know of a firm that would fit the following criteria:

The projects in our pipeline would require 2-4 experienced PHP programmers at a time along with a project manager that would handle all day-to-day activities. The firm needs to have an established and documented QA process, provide professional documentation ( i.e. technical writers ), and have solid development metholodolgies in place as the projects concern the build of e-commerce software. I would prefer to work with a firm that is located in the Atlanta area.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
