new php site needs your help

Hi all,
I just want to announce to all that a new php site is in the works. The name and address of the site is phpclassroom.com and it will truly be a work in progress.

I will need several things for this site to be a success.

1) a logo - I can pay if the price is reasonable and the logo is to my liking.... or perhaps a free add to your site

2) I can use articles, tutorials, etc. If you are a writer feel free to contribute.

3) I can use people interested in designing and creating pages.... php experience can be gained and used on resumes.

With just a little effort from a few people this venture could become something big.

gary, what niche is this site attempting to fill? what group is it designed to cater to? Why would someone spend time assisting you with creating this when there are dozens of similar sites wherever you look? What is your special gimmick that is going to make me/anyone else want to help/post/visit there often?

I prefer vincent's approach. He built YAPF and then invited people to post and bug check it. That's the way to go. Not to register a domain and start floundering aimlessly.

I am well aware of the fact that there are several sites like this around.... I have been to them.
The idea here is to get people who are novice and intermediate php/mysql users together to make this type of site for the purpose of hands on experience.

This is not an attempt to be unique or create something new.

I have written a php script that allows for very easy creation of a dynamic website.

Other than my program, all that you need is a Template page to base the page generation off of. I would be more than happy to help set it up for you.
