Ok everyone. hopefully its ok for me to ask this here but I really need to know which is preferred.

is a design I've had for awhile (Use IE Please)
and this http://test.webc0der.net is a new one I just started working on.
Please use Internet Explorer on these sites since I haven't gotten them working in NS yet.
Basically I want to know whats preferred most so I know which to improve on. thanks.
