PHP Form -- Dynamics

I am creating an extranet for my client to check all past, present and future comps...invoices and things of this nature.

Within this, I want to create a form where they can submit feedback and comments, which will post to a designated page automatically and is updated each time by someone new posting their comments.

I am VERY new to PHP, but would like to accomplish this task...

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
