Here are 2 books I am going to get for me to learn PHP..
What u guys think about them?..

PHP and MySQL Web Development
by Luke Welling, Laura Thomson

and

A Programmer's Introduction to PHP 4.0
by W. J. Gilmore

PHP and MySQL web development is a great book. I haven't read the other.

I also have the PHP & MySQL Web Dev book. Good book.

Depending on your level of experience with other languages, the other book may not be very useful . . . based on the work "Introduction". I have not read it.

The other PHP book I own is the one written by the guys at phpwizard.net (correct URL?). It's not really designed for a person that is new to programming, but it's a pretty decent book.
