reading carriage return

I've been working on a forum of my own lately, and i can't seem to store the messages with the carriage returns. So the text gets all cramped up on one line...

Is there some simple function avaliable for this type of problem ?

It would be alot better with some "air" in the forum-messages 🙂

A guess: you're storing the carriage return perfectly, but since HTML doesn't display them, you can't see it. Try nl2br() to fix this.
