Where has the string gone?

Hello,

I have installed the DGS search on our site, it works well for several days, but these days, it does not work well, The result page does not desplay properly, the data for how many matches and search time does not show,where has all the string gone?Is it relative to language?
It has a language pack, I have cofige to english, the english pack is there. And if now I want to change it to only english version, how do I change the code.Help please.
