Mailing List with CRM functionality

Hi!

I am looking for a setup of scripts to act as a mailing list manager, however, I would also like to manager the user's names, physical address, etc, so that this list can be used for postal mailings as well.

Does anybody know of a good one out there?

I think the Relatamail could handle this, if only it supported web-signup. Something you would think would be a requirement....
