Failed Opening of a file I didnt include

I just set up my php4/mysql webserver and I tried to run a php file that opened the database and got some results but i get this error when i try to run it

Warning: Failed opening '/var/www/index2.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in Unknown on line 0

I didnt include any file so i dont know where this is comming from. Any help would be great.

Check to see if you have a prepend file called index2.php ... use phpinfo() to see what your prepend file is.... other than that, post the code...
