I have the following code in one of my pages: <FONT SIZE='2' COLOR='#111111' FACE='Arial Black'><A HREF='http://www.whatever.com/guests/opendesc.php4?refno=$refno&name=$name&townrefno=$townrefno&accomtype=$accomtype' TARGET='_top' TITLE='Description'> <U><B><IMG ALIGN=bottom SRC='http://www.plan2stay.com/images/whatever3.gif' border=0 width='16' height='16' ALT='More Information' ></B></U></A></FONT> Somebody has done something to stop me passing the variables townrefno and accomtype depending on the value of refno. How has any body from the outside managed to do this and is there a way of stopping it happening again.
Umm, im not sure what you mean by somebody stopped you, but you might want to <?= $name ?> etc to get the values to print....
Hi, What I meant was that something has been set by a third party without my knowledge which is prohibiting some variables being passed from one page to another. I can't see what is making my code act in this way.
Well, if you are going to an address: page.php?thing=this if you have echo $thing on page.php then "this" will appear. I've never heard of something where values are prevented via a third party....
