Search Script

Gretings all.
I have been looking around and cant seem to find a search script. Have looked on hotscripts and a few are a little complex for me (I am not much of a programmer so some if above me)

I am looking for a script that will search (or index it initially) a certain directory (and all sub directories) and then allow people to use a text box for searching. They must be allowed to type in more than just one keyword...

Anyone know of anything like this out there?

If you are looking for a something no complicated and easy to install (I know this isnt php but hey!!) try htdig http://www.htdig.org . This works (in general although not google stature) like a web search enging. I havent played with it too much myself but i am almost certain that you can use php to access some of the results. Hope this helps!
