I have a small question about the mktime() function...
Say I wanted the timestamp for January 1st 2002 where the time is 00:00 (24-hour).
What parameters would I put into mktime()?
Is the first hour of any day 0? Or 1?
I would also like to know if January is 0 or 1 for the month please, thank you.
