Connecting to mySQl on Webserver (2)

Hi
I am able to run PHP scripts with Omnihttpd server and mySQl ; both installed on local m/c.
However I'm not able tofigure out a way to run PHP scripts with Omni on local and mySQL on the another serveri.e. not on local m/c.
if any of you know how to run scripts using this combination ,please help1
