Is there an editor out there with an integrated list of PHP functions?
I'm used to Coldfusion Studio- which had built-in support for Coldfusion functions-
such as, I start typing in a php function and the editor finishes it.
Anything out there?

I found a great editor with this company, called PHPEd. Syntax coloring, function finishing, everything and more. It's well worth the cash, and has sped up my programming time quite considerably.
I prefer EditPlus but you can find exactly what you describe in the latest version of FTPEdit.
I use HTML-Kit with the PHP plugin.
you can get a whole mess of plugins, and use it for all your coding needs.
