This is not exactly PHP, but more of a design question, when making a graphic intensive site, how do you code/design it to fit the page at 100% no matter what the resolution?
I personally would use a table set to 100% width. Lots of people don't like that method, but it is the best way (for me anyway) to do it. You can check it out at my site, which is actually set at 90%
