Cheap good reference book?

I'm an experienced programmer looking for a cheap quick reference book on PHP (ideally MySQL too).

I don't want a tutorial and I don't want to spend more than 25 quid (US$35/EU€40).

The book needs to be very quick reference based, something that will sit on my desk which will give me answers like:

• I know what I want to do, but I can't remember the function name. Eg. convert a string to lower case.

• I know the function name, but I can't remember the parameters or their order. Eg. what are the parameters to pcre_match?

if you know how to code and just want a reference, the PHP-help should do it. Especially if you're using an editor which provides linking F1-key with this helpfile (I'm using CodeGenie).

Reference books are usually outdated by the time they are printed, especially with a rapidly growing language like PHP.

Just stick with the trusty on-line manual, which is the cheapest you can get, and contains more than any book:
