We need help with our Site

We need help cleaning up our site.

We have a little cash for the right coder. We are an "open source entertainment studio" on the web.

First off our upload scripts arn't working right and need help rebuilding them.

Also we are in the middle of building out a new front end in flash and the flash designers need help inserting PHP/Mysql calls into the site.

We are running:

Apache
Mysql
PHP
