Getting ICQ status with PHP?

Is there a way to get the ICQ status of specified ICQ number via PHP?

Didnt' you ask that yesterday? If it wasn't you, run a quick search in the last 30-50 postings, there is something about it there.

I know there is a page in ICQ.com that teaches you how to build an online status in any page you want, and it provides all the required HTML. That's an obvious starting point.
