Ramping up now on PhP and was looking at the dev-tools people are using (on windows). All the threads regarding PhP Coder, as well as the site for it, seem to have stopped around June 2001.
Just curious if that tool is still viable or is there something more popular/useful right now. What are people using as a development tool/debugging tool right now?
