Where find free icons? (new,edit,delete)

Hi!

I'm developing a php publishing-system, for commercial use.

Do anybody of you know of icon-sets to use in my admin-interface that are free, e.g. restricted by the GPL?

PS:If I "copy and paste" icons used in MS Word or other software - is that illegal, or are there given permissions to do this - to help standardize user-interfaces?

Sun Microsystems provide a "Look and Feel Graphics Repository" for Java applications.

I've used a few of the icons there in my PHP applications.
