PHPHost - can you see something fishy?

I'm going draw on some of the more experienced PHP developers here. In the past, i've been burned by bad PHP hosts. I found this new one at a dirt cheap price and everything looks good but....is it?

Basically, i'm trying to host a small website that could have e-commerce ability in the future (possibly).
Is there any other cheap PHP/MySQL host you would recommend?

10 MB? Is that enough? I can burn through that in a heartbeat, but if you have a small website, go for it.

I took a look, it's dirt cheap. They have a 30 day guarantee so just try it.

Ask them about change notices in advance. I use Interland and they're terrible for that, they upgrade without telling, and i've had major headaches with their support when it comes to PHP and Apache.
