There is a book for that! Author: Steve Webster :: Title: Foundation PHP for Flash :: ISBN NUMBER 1903450160

Great Book. Check it out. It will show you exactly how to create everything you need in flash! Its well written but not one that is just starting with flash. Its pretty advanced.
