We am looking for a highly experienced PHP programmer to re-build a site's back-end Web interface (currently coded in Perl) and database. Our current database is a text file and a mySQL database that needs to be rearranged to a organized single mySQL database. We need someone who is capable of quality work who would complete this job with zero bugs. Someone with unix based (specifically FreeBSD) server admin knowledge would be preferable.
