add Field with value from other Field

In Access I want the default value of one field to be equal to that of another field in that record (ie. "name" field = the "ID" field)

I need this to be done in Access as the "default value" for this field, for some of my other stuff to work,

I can not have this happen on the page, it needs to be done in the dayabase itself.

PLEASE HELP ME, I SUCK at EXPRESSIONS!!!
