using php to save files?

this is what i want to do. but i don't know how to do it. Experts, please share your thoughts. thanks in advance.

I want to use php to dynamically generate 4 webpages with different background and font sizes. Then I wanna save the dynamically generated php pages to my harddisk. How can I do that? Is it possible anyway?

I suppose you could just put the php file out on a server and when the page comes back, save the source.

You might also want to look at Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). They do what you want without all the fuss.

To learn how to save files to disk, read the section of the manual covering filesystem functions, and keep in mind that on a real server you may have to solve some permission problems.
