Send 50 personalized emails at once?

Hi,

I've got a question: How do I send 50 personalized e-mails at once? I've got a .txt file with 50 e-mail addresses and 50 names like this:

[e-mail], john
[e-mail], joe
etc.

Now I want to send an E-mail to everyone and put their name in the email as well! How do I do this?
