Written to the Report File as CSV

For each form that the user confirms as correct a record should be written to the report file, with the following information:

User Name
TASK ID
TASK Description
Date Worked
Hours Worked
Hours to Complete
Comment Text

The fields should be written as a CSV file, that is with commas separating the fields.
The report file should build up a complete record of all project activities, that is all entries should be appended to the one report file. It is recommended that there is one report file PER USER. This will circumvent any issues with concurrent writes to a single file.

I am having difficulties in how to accomplish this, please. any help will be much appreciated,

Idea, when i click the print button it prints the form as CSV but how do i do it?

piece of cake. I am assuming that you can take their form entry and make it CSV. You name each file as username.txt--when they make an entry, append the entry(look at fopen in the manual) to their file. Thats all there is to it.
