Form to HTML

Hello,

I'm currently working on a page for my school. Yesterday on of the coaches asked me if I can put there scores on the schools web page, I said sure, but i had the idea to make a form so they can enter there own info in the future. I can out with everthing, except now I have a problem. I need a script that will take the information from the form that they fill out and automaticly put it on a Webpage.
