User login does not exist

When a user makes an account on my site, trys to login, it says user is offline, when try to edit user, says user does not exist. Running Phpnuke 5.4 latest on win2k server IIS. Security permissions are set ok. Any ideas?! Please help!

Could up put up some code? We might get a better idea what we are dealing with. I tried something like that but I just gave up. 🙂 I couldnt get my If statements to work... guess I am more of an 'If Then' person. I am not good with just If! 🙂 Cya
