I'm trying to do the same as Location.Href (JavaScript) in PHP...

Ye, by using output buffering.

but note: that makes no sense at all; you'd be printing a page, and somewhere in the page you tell the browser to completely ignore the page and load another page instead. You're just wasting CPU and bandwidth of both your server and your customers.
