Easyest way to send form via email?

Hi there.

I am looking for a really easy way to send a form via email to me.

I have 3 wariables, $name, $email, $comment. All i need is for those to be sent via email to me.

Use via Form Mail. Go to download.com and search for form mail. It is a script that lets the person fill out a form then send it to a derected e-mail adress.
